Enrique Pacheco is native of Chalco, Mexico. He has a Bachelor in Electronic Engineer from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Mexico, and a M.Sc. in Telecommunications from CICESE Research Center. Also he has an MPhil from Surrey Space Centre at University of Surrey, UK in Space Technology Development.

Jorge is native from Zacatecas, Mexico. He has a Bachelor in Electronics from the Autonomous University of Zacatecas and he has a Master and a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunications from CICESE Research Center.
He have a deep knowledge around wireless technologies and its applications to different fields like mining and space technologies.

HERNANDEZ
Felipe is native from Jalisco, Mexico. He has a Bachelor in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Autonomous University of Colima. He also has a Master in Electronics and Telecommunications from CICESE Research Center.
Felipe has a solid experience on the applications side of the telecommunications, he has been part of Nortel, Telmex, Huawei, working on telecommunications projects.
